Attorney Todd Hollis and his client, De Vincent Spriggs 26 of Pittsburgh have filed a police report against Donald for an alleged assault, according to KDKA CBS2.

Spriggs claims the attack happened at the after-hours club, Boom Boom Boom Nightclub on the city’s South Side between 3-4 a.m. April 11, according to Action 4 News.

Police visited UPMC Mercy Hospital on Sunday around 1 p.m. for a man who wanted to report an assault, as was disclosed in a police blotter released on Wednesday, but no formal charges have been filed.

The District Attorney’s office says it will determine whether charges are warranted, until then the DA’s office and detectives are continuing to investigate and are reviewing any available video footage.
